A-Team set picture & video!

Posted by Bogdan On October - 23 - 2009

This is one movie adaptation i’m fairly excited to see come to the big screen. I enjoyed the TV show quite a lot as a kid and even now when they have reruns on the tube i tune in regularly. I’m eager to see what the director and cast bring to the big screen. You’ve got a really interesting cast in Liam Neeson, Sharlto Copley (District 9), Bradley Cooper (Hangover), Quinton “Rampage” Jackson (UFC fighter) and the always beautiful Jessica Biel. This set picture below is from the Iraq set. As you probably know, the Vietnam angle has been updated to the Iraq war instead. Below the photo you can also catch your first look at ET Online’s set visit.

Neill Blomkamp’s (District 9) Next Sci-Fi movie is a go!

Posted by Travis On October - 23 - 2009

Neil Blomkamp who directed this summer’s thoughtful blockbuster “District 9″ told /film “I’ve got one science fiction idea that I’m absolutely in love with, which I’m pretty sure is going to be my next film. 99% sure…” well it now seems like a done deal. Media Rights Capitol has committed to the film with Bill Block (head of QED who provided early funds for ‘District 9′) producing. Production on the currently untitled film will begin mid 2010.

I loved “District 9″ it was strikingly original and creative, I’m eager to see what Blomkamp has up his sleeve this time.

New poster for “The Road”

Posted by Travis On October - 22 - 2009

A new poster for “The Road” has just been released.  Click the image below to see the full size poster on traileraddict.com

“The Road” written by Cormac McCarthy is the story of a man (Viggo Mortensen) and his son (Kodi Smit-McPhee) walking south hoping to survive the winter after some kind of disaster has left the world desolate and burned. Along the way they must search for food and hide from people who are willing to do absolutely anything to survive. I read the book about a year ago (this is when the film was supposed to come out in 2008), and loved it this is one of my most anticipated films of the year.

Also starring Charlize Theron, Guy Pearce and Robert Duvall “The Road” hits theaters November 25th.
